Terms of Service
Effective October 10, 2026. These terms apply to browsing and purchasing from Avomelti, operated by Chengdu Jinzhizhenxin Network Technology Co., Ltd.
1. Using the store
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate order information. You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract or act with appropriate permission. Protect account credentials. Do not interfere with store operation, misuse another person's details or attempt unauthorized access.
2. Product information and illustrations
Read the title, description and stated details before ordering. Product and studio images are AI-generated design illustrations, not verified photographs of stock. Props are not automatically included, and illustrative arrangements do not establish dimensions, materials, pack quantities, certifications or performance. See our Product Image Guide. Contact us about any detail essential to your decision. We do not exclude remedies where goods do not match applicable descriptions or mandatory requirements.
3. Prices and payment
Store prices are shown in USD. Applicable shipping and taxes are displayed at checkout. Discounts apply according to their stated conditions. Payment uses methods offered at checkout. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error, notify you and seek agreement or cancel with an appropriate refund rather than silently charging a different price.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt. Order fulfillment is subject to payment confirmation, necessary details and the ability to supply. We may contact you if clarification is needed or an item cannot be supplied. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will arrange an appropriate refund. We do not guarantee availability solely because a page displays an item.
5. Changes and cancellation
Send requests promptly with your order number. Changes depend on preparation and dispatch progress and require confirmation. See Order Changes & Cancellations. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
6. Shipping and timing
We currently ship to the United States. Preparation takes a planning window of 5–10 business days after confirmation, subject to necessary details. Standard transport is planned at 10–15 business days after dispatch, giving a combined standard window of 15–25 business days. These are estimates. Fees, tracking and delay procedures are in the Shipping Policy. Expedited service does not remove preparation time or establish an unconfirmed arrival guarantee.
7. Returns and refunds
Contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return and wait for instructions before shipping. The policy explains eligibility, postage responsibilities, the China return address and approved refunds processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. The Return & Refund Policy supplements mandatory rights.
8. Using and caring for tools
Follow supplied guidance and use art tools for their intended purpose. Do not assume suitability for skin contact, ingestion or unsupervised use by children. Check compatibility of tools, paints and surfaces. Our creative guides offer general activity suggestions and do not certify a product's safety or suitability.
9. Content and intellectual property
The store's original content, visual design and branding are protected as applicable. You may use the site for ordinary browsing and shopping, but commercial reuse requires appropriate permission. Third-party names and linked content remain subject to their owners' rights. The store does not claim ownership of rights belonging to others.
10. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Shopify powers the store and third-party services support payment and delivery. External links have their own terms; inclusion is not a guarantee of their content or services.
11. Service availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information useful and the store available, but maintenance, network issues and errors can occur. Responsibility for an issue depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory rights or remedies for consumers.
12. Events outside reasonable control
Carrier disruption, weather and similar events may affect timing. We will assess the circumstances and communicate an appropriate next step. This clause does not remove obligations or remedies imposed by applicable law.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts at the company's location in Chengdu, except where mandatory law gives you a right to another forum. Contact us first if you would like to try to resolve an issue directly.
14. Updates and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. The version applicable to an existing purchase is determined by the terms and mandatory law at that purchase; a later change does not automatically remove existing rights.
