Need to change something? Contact us promptly so we can check your order's progress.

What to send

Email service@avomelti.com with your order number and a precise description of the requested change. For an address correction, provide the corrected delivery information without sending sensitive payment details.

Before dispatch

We will check whether preparation allows an address correction, item change or cancellation. A request is not accepted until we confirm it. Orders already processed may not be changeable.

After dispatch

Carrier handover limits our ability to redirect or cancel a parcel. Contact us so we can assess the available options. If a return is appropriate, follow our Return & Refund Policy rather than refusing or redirecting a parcel without discussion.

Payment and refunds

An approved cancellation refund goes to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting can take time. This page does not remove any cancellation or other mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
