- Damage or a wrong item: describe what arrived and include photographs where practical. Keep the packaging while we assess the issue.
- Privacy: describe the request and the email associated with your interactions. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.
Returns start with an email
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please wait for authorization and instructions before posting anything. Our company address below is the default return address; the separately maintained Hong Kong business address is not a substitute return destination.
